What this notice covers

This notice explains how privatejetsscottsdale.com handles information you give us when you ask for a quote on a private jet charter in Scottsdale. We act as a charter broker: we gather your trip details, send them to operators who can fly it, and bring their pricing back to you. The flight itself is arranged with and run by the operating company, which holds operational control and its own privacy practices.

When we contact operators on your behalf, your request leaves our hands. This page is about what we do with it while it is with us.

What we collect from a quote request

When you submit a quote request or call us, we take the details needed to price and coordinate a flight: your name, phone number, email address, and information about the trip such as departure and arrival points, dates, passenger count, and any baggage, pet, or accessibility requirements you mention.

We do not ask for payment card numbers through this site. If a booking moves forward, payment arrangements are handled separately with the operator. Information you volunteer beyond that, such as a preferred FBO or a note about ground transportation, is kept because it helps the trip go smoothly.

Why we collect it and who sees it

We use these details for one main purpose: to produce an accurate quote and, if you choose to book, to coordinate the trip. That means sending the relevant trip details to the operators we believe can serve your routing, so they can confirm availability and price it. We limit that sharing to what an operator needs to quote the flight.

We do not sell your information, and we do not rent or trade contact lists. Beyond operators quoting your trip, we share information only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our email and phone systems, or where the law requires it. We may also keep records of quotes and bookings for accounting and dispute purposes.

Call recording

Calls to and from our brokerage line may be recorded. Recordings help us confirm the trip details you gave us, catch pricing or routing mistakes, and settle any disagreement about what was quoted. If a call is being recorded, we aim to tell you at the start of the conversation. If you would rather not be recorded, say so and we will continue by email or another written channel.

Our phone system provider stores these recordings on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not become bookings are kept for a reasonable period so we can pick up the conversation if you come back to us, then removed. Records tied to booked trips, and the call recordings that go with them, are kept longer because tax, insurance, and contract rules require it. When records are no longer needed for those purposes, we delete them or strip out the identifying parts.

You can ask us to delete your quote request sooner, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

Contacting us about your information

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it by emailing us through the contact form on this site and naming the request clearly with the name, email, or phone number you used. We respond to these requests as quickly as we can and will tell you if we cannot honor one and why.

If you have already been handed to an operator for a booking, that company holds its own copy of your details, and you should contact it directly about flights it operated. Questions about this notice are welcome before you send a quote request, and we would rather answer them up front than after.
